New Gemstone type attributes
Etsy has added 82 new options to the Gemstone type attribute you can use to describe the type of stone used, including Alexandrite, Hematite, Howlite, Mother of Pearl, and Spinel. Check out the Gemstone type attribute in your listings to see all the new options available.
New categories and attributes for Video Games
New subcategories for Video Games let you get even more specific about the type of item you’re selling. The new categories are:
- Arcade Games
- Consoles
- Controllers & Joysticks
- Games
- Handheld & Pocket Games
- Parts & Modifications
- Controller Modifications
- Dock Covers & Socks
- Stands & Displays
Etsy has also added two new attributes for this category. One attribute is Game format, which you can use to add more details about the type of game, and the second is for video game lots, so you can describe what’s included.
New Kurta category for Boys’ and Girls’ clothing
Etsy has added a new Kurtas category to Boys’ clothing and Kurtas & Kurtis, Salwar Kameez, and Lehengas categories to Girls’ clothing.
New categories tailored to sellers in India
Etsy has added new categories to Etsy to support the growing seller community in India. Etsy has automatically moved some relevant listings to these new categories to make them easier for shoppers to find. You can update your listing categories at any time. Here’s what’s new:

Etsy has added new categories including:

- Kurta Sets
- Lehengas
- Sarees
- Salwar Kameez
Etsy removed the Saree category from Dresses and made it its own category.
New Home & Living categories
Etsy has added categories for Diyas, Dohars, and Thalis & Thali Sets.
New Jewellery categories
Selling jewellery? There are new categories for listing Hand Chains, Jhumkas, and Chandbalis.
New Toys & Games categories
Etsy has added categories for Cricket and Field Hockey.
New Accessories categories
Etsy has added new Accessories categories including Dupattas, Maang Tikkas, and Matha Pattis.
New Bollywood attribute option
Attributes are descriptive labels you can add to your listings on Etsy. Etsy has added Bollywood as an option for the following attributes: Home graphic, Clothing graphic, and Art subject.
New Trousers attribute option
Etsy has added the following options to the Trousers style attribute: Churidar, Dhoti, Lungi, Palazzo, Patiala, Salwar, and Sharara.
New Jacket attribute options
