Tradebox was established in April 2003 as a bespoke software developer specialising in Sage integration. In 2005 we developed a specialist integration between Sage 50 Accounts and eBay for a local business that was struggling to keep up with their bookkeeping due to the number of orders they were receiving every day. The rest kind of snowballed from there!!
Today the company’s entire focus is the Tradebox software and our customers. The ethos in the business is very much customer focused. Any business that has used software will have a support nightmare to tell, regardless of how rich the software is with features. We wanted to break that mould and provide users with an excellent product AND an excellent service. This approach has very much been behind our success.
Tradebox is based on the vibrant and colourful North Shields Fish Quay, looking out over the mouth of the River Tyne. The customer service team are passionate about the software and service and enjoy helping customers get to grips with the program. The customer help desk is available on all working days between 09:00 – 12:00 and again from 13:00 – 17:00
