Willing to add features that aren’t there
A great friendly easy to talk to team who are in the ball in case of any issues you face. They’ve so far taken on board suggestions and implemented further features that us sellers need. Replyco in its current state is great and to some it may in its current state seem extremely helpful but the development is continual and I guess will outmatch any rivals owing to the way they listen to the customer to implement the suggestions. That doesn’t mean that they’re clueless. Far from it. Instead they already have their roadmap but proactively encourage users to submit ideas and serve these users with functionality to make their job easier. I’ve already cut my time down in a peak period of customer service queries and with templates that automatically tag variable info drawn out from any of my sales channels or linnworks.
