We implemented ProSKU in April 2017 to improve our stock management and auditability, and automate documentation. Since then, our volumes have soared and it’s proving invaluable for managing our pick and despatch activity. It links with our main order capture system to give us a seamless fulfilment process and some of the newer functionality has helped us make radical efficiency improvements. The flexibility of ProSKU means we can support all of our activities in both B2B and B2C areas. One thing we can say about ProSKU is that it was very simple to get up and running, and needed very little training. We’re very happy with the support we get from them, and are able to speak directly with the development team to discuss any issues as well as make suggestions based on our experience to benefit future users. They’ve been very accommodating with some specialised reporting we’ve asked for and been able to deliver this in short timescales to match our needs.
Fantastic low cost system
After multiple demos and meetings with other software systems, we were lucky to stumble across ProSKU. We were looking for a system that helped control our stock, but every company we looked at tried to sell us an all in one solution to all our internal operations at very high costs. ProSKU just deals with warehouse management and order processing without all the add-ons that sales people make you feel that you need. Since installing ProSKU, our internal operations have changed drastically! We used to be running around everyday doing manual stuff that is now handled automatically. Well worth the money!!
