Whether you have an Amazon marketplace account, sell on eBay or run your own ecommerce website, our prices start at just £2.70 (Inc VAT) for a fully tracked 0-1kg parcel sent using one of our ParcelShops or £3.13 (Inc VAT) for courier collection. If you send over 150 parcels a week then you could qualify for a myHermes business account which could reduce your costs even further.

ParcelShop Drop Off

Our ParcelShops are situated in local convenience stores around the UK and are the perfect solution if you want to drop off your parcels first thing in the morning or in the evening, as most of them are open early ‘til late. Plus there’s no queuing at the Post Office and you can drop off your parcels when it’s convenient for you. Parcels sent through our ParcelShops typically take 2 working days*

Courier Collection

Courier collection is ideal if you would like to have your parcels collected from your home, office or a nominated safe place. You can book a courier collection for the next day if you place an order before 10pm and your parcels will be collected the following day. Parcels sent via courier typically take 3 working days*

How do I start using myHermes

If you think you are going to send over 150 parcels a week then get in touch with our dedicated business accounts team at and they will let you know about the benefits of a business account.

If you send less than 150 parcels then getting started is simple

  • Register to use the myHermes service – you only have to do this once
  • Use our ‘send a parcel’ process to send your parcels. If you have more than one parcel to send then you can use our import shipments tool to upload your orders making it quick and easy to bulk upload lots of parcels for delivery.
  • Pay and then print out your label and attach it to your packaged parcel
  • Drop off your parcel(s) at your local ParcelShop or hand over to one of our local couriers
  • Track your parcel(s) online using our tracking facility
