About Dan Wilson

Dan Wilson served as editor for Tamebay between October 2011 and January 2018. In his time with the publication he wrote and published more than 4200 articles. Having proposed the idea of Tamebay originally, he served as a behind the scenes advisor for the first five years before joining full time.

Dan is also author of Make Serious Money on eBay UK, Amazon and Beyond, the bestselling guide to selling on eBay and marketplace selling.

Part of the team that founded eBay in the UK way back in 1999, he also suggested to Sue and Chris that they should start a blog. Tamebay was the result and he was a behind-the-scenes advisor, and occasional contributor from 2006 -2011, before coming on board (after Sue’s death) as co-editor.

Dan is a freelance writer, author, editor, digital consultant and internet marketer. He blogs personally (and all too infrequently) at Quite the media tart, he is sometimes to be heard on the wireless, seen on the box or quoted in print talking about eBay, the internet and social media.
