Metapack Codeless New Strategic Partnership

By Chris Dawson May 25, 2021 - 10:00 am

There’s a new Metapack Codeless strategic partnership which will see Metapack add Codeless Platforms’ BPA (Business Process Automation) platform to its partner ecosystem and Codeless Platforms will provide Metapack customers with advice and solutions for integration and business process automation requirements.

The Metapack Codeless solution enables retailers to quickly and easily integrate Metapack with ERP systems (SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign, Sage 200, Sage 1000, Sage X3, SYSPRO, Epicor, Access Dimensions, Microsoft Dynamics (NAV / Business Central), Exact), CRM (Salesforce, Sage CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM etc.) warehouse management systems (WMS), and multi-channel eCommerce software (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop).

These integrations are achieved by using Codeless Platforms’ BPA Platform. Metapack customers that install BPA Platform, which Codeless Platforms will fulfil, will then be able to automate the processing of data between systems and remove time-consuming administration from employee workloads.

BPA Platform can automatically extract orders from any system and seamlessly push all the data into Metapack for fulfilment. It can also pull data, such as tracking numbers, delivery notifications and returns, and push these into an ERP/CRM system. Intelligence data (shipping trends, faults or delivery failures) and reports (carrier performance / service selection) that are generated within MetaPack can also be automatically extracted to keep employees up to date.

“We want to bring value to our customers by having a vibrant wealth of knowledge and experience in our partner community. We’re always striving to extend our knowledge so that we can help our customers find the right people to have the right conversations with – experts or expertise for a particular solution or requirement. Codeless Platforms brings experience in integrating business systems as well as business process automation. We see great value in adding BPA Platform to our enterprise ecosystem – there’s a real complimentary opportunity for both of us here.”
– Tracy Adams, Global Partnerships Director, Metapack
