Jodi Gaines joins Replyco as Chief Growth Officer

Replyco have announced that Jodi Gaines is joining the business as their new Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to accelerate growth of their helpdesk software solution, built and designed from the ground up for multichannel ecommerce businesses.

Many Tamebay readers will remember Jodi as the co-founder and CEO of ReplyManager, a fully integrated ecommerce helpdesk solution, one of the first of its kind and a leader in the industry. The company was sold to xSellco in 2015.

Prior to that, Jodi was a founding partner at iguanafarmGroup, a web-based product development and engineering company. During her 18-year run, she worked on front-end development projects and spear-headed marketing campaigns with clients such as eBay, VWERL, Stop Aging Now (now owned by The Clorox Company) and Mytrus. She’s spent the last few years focused on helping small businesses bring their ideas to market as well as developing her own brands in the music industry.

Replyco was launched in October 2019 and is quickly gaining popularity, consistently growing at a monthly rate of over 50%. The company intends to move into the US market by Summer 2020 and is continually rolling out updates and new features with plans to integrate returns / refunds functionality for eBay, Amazon and Shopify as well as instant messaging in the near future.
