a2b Fulfillment opening new Contact Center in Ogden, UT

a2b Fulfillment, a third-party logistics company that provides order fulfillment, value-added services and customer care has announced the opening of a new Contact Center Operation in Ogden, UT.

The fulfillment company has a massive 680,000 square feet of warehousing and contact center space in Georgia, South Carolina, and Utah so are able to service the majority of consumers and retailers within 2 days, offering quick delivery options and aiding the success of businesses in the area.

The new Contact Center location is helping to support the company’s additional demand for Customer Care services. With locations in both Georgia and Utah, a2b achieves enhanced coverage across time zones while also having an additional layer of redundancy in its network.
