Take 5 minutes to tell us your carrier preferences

Start the Tamebay Survey on carrier choice to tell us your carrier preferencesWe are interested in finding out more about your favourite carriers, or at least the carriers you choose to use and also how you manage the carriers you use within your business. That’s why we’re currently running a Tamebay Survey which looks at which carrier preferences and and how you manage multiple carrier relationships.

Each courier offers different service levels, handle different size and weight parcels, have varying costs, different levels of integration with marketplaces and multichannel management solutions, and can offer a different experience on the door step… or sometimes not on the door step if they offer collection points. If you use multiple carriers we’d also like to learn more about what you expect from carrier management solutions and what’s important to you as an online retailer. We’d like to know what your current solutions can offer you as well as the features your ultimate carrier management solution would provide.

The Tamebay carrier preferences survey will be used to direct editorial and inform us of future solutions that could be of interest to you and we’ll publish the results in 2020 once the survey is complete.

As a thank you for completing the survey, we’ve been entering everyone that completes the survey into a draw to win £100 of Amazon vouchers and the latest winner is Tim from Erith in Kent. Many thanks to NetDespatch for supplying the prizes.

If you’ve not yet completed the carrier preferences survey, it should only take 5 minutes of your time so please click here to get started.
