One Stop Order Processing add Click & Drop support
One Stop Order Processing have just released a new version of their order processing software with full support for Royal Mail Click & Drop, which includes retrieving tracking details and labels. Tracking details can be automatically sent to Amazon, eBay and other websites. You can choose to print your labels onto standard 6 x 4 labels or integrated label paper.
Existing One Stop Order Processing users currently using NetDespatch for RoyalMail, will need to install the new version of the software. You will need to make minor changes to use the new service and will be able to continue processing orders in exactly the same way as you currently do. You will of course also need an account with Royal Mail Click & Drop.
One Stop Order Processing is an easy to use, inexpensive Order Processing system for Internet Orders (e.g. eBay, Amazon). The software has been developed and supported in the UK since 2002. The software allows you to manage all of your orders from all of your channels in one place. You can quickly and easily take all orders from received to despatched.
Prices for One Stop Order Processing start at £6.25 per month and there is a free trial including free training and setup available here.
It doesn’t look like the user interface has been redesigned since 2002 either. Is that based on windows 95?
Actually we have just added completely configurable themes that allow you to choose how you want the application looks. The interface is designed for speed and efficiency, it makes it very easy to process your orders quickly. There is full automation available as well, we have several shops ourselves and do almost no manual order processing.
We are just adding the option to have configurable buttons, so that you can choose what buttons are shown for order processing tasks, you can have batches of commands that run from a single button, this will allow you to have a design a really simple interface for your staff to use.
We base our development on customer requirements and to be honest people don’t really like a lot of change in the user interface as it means that they have to retrain their staff.
I love OSOP. Very quick and works well. Doesn’t matter what it looks like!
Thank you Donald.
Most of our existing customers, and a few new customers, have now moved from using NetDespatch to Click and Drop for producing Royal Mail labels and all is working fine.
