Good news for eBay sellers, the eBay Multi-Buy API tool set has been released to developers and eBay Multi-buy has been enabled for variation listings.

eBay Multi-Buy API tool set

This means, that from today, third party tools can start to integrate eBay Multi-Buy API features into their tools and services.

Don’t be too quick to look for eBay Multi-buy API support in your favourite tool today as it may take a little time for developers to add support. However they should all have been aware that the API release was coming so it should start appearing as third party tools do their next feature updates.

As soon as your supplier integrates eBay Multi-Buy API support to their tools it means that you can fully manage your multi-buy offers through your favourite tool rather than having to visit the eBay Seller Hub.

eBay Multi-buy for variation listings

eBay Multi-buy makes it easy to offer buyers a discount when they purchase 2 or more of the items from the same promotion and if you’re not using it it’s a great buying signal to get buyers to increase their basket size by purchasing multiple quantities.

eBay have also expanded the functionality of the tool so that Multi-buy is now be available on listings with variations. This means listings that offer different versions of the same item, like size and colour, will be able to show the discounted prices for a quantity of 2 or more. This was announced in the eBay seller Release and is live now on the eBay site so you can add it to your multi-variation listings today.
