The ZigZag Global returns solution has been expanded with the launch of simple plug-ins or ‘cartridges’ for leading ecommerce and marketplace platforms and a ZigZap Paperless solution.

ZigZag’s retailers can now integrate ZigZag’s award-winning returns solution seamlessly into their Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento, ChannelAdvisor, BigCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (previously known as Demandware) platforms. Retailers can reduce integration times down to a few minutes and offer a fully comprehensive returns experience out of the box.
ZigZag Global Returns paperless solution
ZigZag now offers a labeless solution for its retailers via Royal Mail, Collect Plus and Hermes in the UK. With the rise in customer demands, retailers can now direct shoppers to a portal where they can create a returns label for a collection from home, a drop-off or a postal service without needing a printer. Retailers can now move away from providing any kind of label in a box.
Clients include Topshop, Selfridges, and GAP across the 195 markets and ZigZag will be making a big push in 2019 to add to its paperless coverage into other global markets.
