Parcelhub speeds up order processing with integrated label option
As part of a wider strategy aimed around handling and processing more complex data but presenting it in a simple and user-friendly way, Parcelhub have introduced an integrated label option, which will enable retailers, brands and wholesalers to produce picking sheets, packing slips and shipping labels on a single piece of paper.
Integrated Labels will improve merchants’ packing efficiency and accuracy, resulting in more orders processed at a faster pace, minimising mispacking incidents, complaints and returns. Implemented correctly, online retailers will be able to commit to packing orders later in the day, increasing flexibility that will also benefit businesses by being able to offer later same day cut-off times which can potentially translate into more orders.
In addition to faster and more accurate deliveries, Integrated Labels will enhance the end-user’s experience thanks to a more reliable purchasing experience. There is potential for an order to reach customers faster than they are expecting because of the improved packing process.
“We are very proud to release the Integrated Label feature. It has been in the works for some time, and I believe it is a tool that will prove pivotal in making our customers’ packing process sleeker and more efficient.
We know through experience and talking to our customers that label production and order packing are common bottlenecks in the ecommerce sphere. So much so that they can stunt business growth, preventing companies from branching out into new marketplaces or product lines. The potential for time and labour savings with Integrated Labels is massive and directly tackles this bottleneck. Used with Parcelhub’s existing integrations, this tool will be invaluable in empowering businesses to with increased scalability, facilitating growth.
The really exciting thing about Integrated Labels is that it will increase packing speed and accuracy whilst reducing labour costs; it’s a double whammy. It’s not often that we see such a powerful tool being released to users free of charge.”
