By Chris Dawson November 9, 2018 - 10:07 am

eBaymag is a special tool for sellers in Russia enabling them to list on up to eight eBay sites in one go with automatic translation and currency conversion built in. eBay have through a new partnership with Russian Post simplified shipments for Russian sellers.

Russian Post

“eBay’s partnership with the Russian Post will become an effective tool for Russian entrepreneurs to grow their international sales”
– Sergey Malyshev, Vice General Manager, Russian Post

The new shipping arrangements with Russian Post enable sellers to process documents and pay for international shipping online without having to leave their office or home. The time to process a package in the Russian Post office for eBay sellers has now shortened from an average 1.5 hours to 3 minutes.

Buyers from 192 countries may now track their orders through a personal account on eBay using an automatically assigned tracking number from the Russian Post.

“eBay became the first marketplace in the country to offer a simplified process of export delivery with the Russian Post. Today, 25,000 Russian sellers on eBay will be able to send their goods to buyers all over the world easier and faster, and thus receive more new orders and develop their business on our site. Such partnerships are key to the development of the Russian export, which is foreseen to grow double-digit times in the coming years.”
– Ilya Kretov, GM for Russia, Israel and HiPo region, eBay

eBaymag

eBaymag is a service specifically designed for Russian and Eastern Europe sellers, to enable them to simultaneously list on ebay.com, ebay.co.uk, ebay.de, ebay.fr, ebay.it, ebay.es, ebay.com.au, ebay.ca (in English and French language versions).

eBaymag isn’t perfect – for instance listings have to be fixed price good til cancelled and eBaymag doesn’t support eBay motors, but for a Russian wanting to sell in the West it’s a brilliant solution to get started and make selling easy. Sellers can choose whether to list on the global eBay site or a specific country site, create their listings manually or through a bulk upload spreadsheet and then put them live by clicking the Selling button below one or several icons of the regional sites that wish to list on.

Russian sellers using eBaymag are able to list products simultaneously on eight eBay websites in different countries with product data is automatically translated into 10 languages and prices are set in local currency and now with the Russian Post integration are able to manage shipping paperwork and despatch easily with tracking numbers provided to consumers.

eBay have done a brilliant job for Russian sellers looking to export, for UK sellers envious and looking for a similar service the eBay Global Shipping Program would be your best alternative to eBaymag.
