Customer & Engagement
The ‘Customer & Engagement’ track will help you understand how to prove marketing ROI in a fragmented market of increasing media options and also decide which personalisation strategies will actually engage your customers and drive loyalty.
The ‘Beyond Channels’ track will help you assess what a seamless omnichannel customer experience actually feels like and how should you approach delivering it. It also looks at how you can move ‘mobile first’ from a concept to a strategic ecommerce reality.

Delegate tickets for retailers cost £295 (£745 for suppliers) and include access to all keynotes, workshops, masterclasses and roundtables and complimentary food and drinks.
