Last call for Internet Retailing Conference 2018

By Chris Dawson October 3, 2018 - 10:40 am

The Internet Retailing Conference 2018 takes place next week on the 11th of October at London’s Business Design Centre London in Islington. If you’ve not yet booked your ticket it’s time to do so to join some 800 retail professionals at the annual conference for large retailers and brands.

With over 50 speakers covering four conference tracks, workshops, masterclasses and roundtables, the conference aims to shake the industry and question well established retail concepts; equipping digital leaders with a platform to learn, network and continue developing their digital retail and multichannel strategies.

Internet Retailing Conference Tracks

International & INnovation

The ‘International & Innovation’ track will help you use localisation effectively to drive sales and customer base when retailing internationally. The innovation sessions will help you understand how you can differentiate through creating and fostering an internal culture of innovation, get beyond the hype of AI and how multichannel retailers learn from pureplay innovators?

Delivery & Operations

The ‘Delivery & Operations’ track looks both at both final mile and operational excellence to drive market share through world class delivery. You’ll learn how can you meet customer expectations for same-day delivery whilst still remaining profitable and what an operational excellence strategy looks like leading up to and during peak trading periods.

Customer & Engagement

The ‘Customer & Engagement’ track will help you understand how to prove marketing ROI in a fragmented market of increasing media options and also decide which personalisation strategies will actually engage your customers and drive loyalty.

Beyond Channels

The ‘Beyond Channels’ track will help you assess what a seamless omnichannel customer experience actually feels like and how should you approach delivering it. It also looks at how you can move ‘mobile first’ from a concept to a strategic ecommerce reality.

Internet Retailing Conference Tickets

Delegate tickets for retailers cost £295 (£745 for suppliers) and include access to all keynotes, workshops, masterclasses and roundtables and complimentary food and drinks.

Visitor passes are free for retailers with access to the main keynotes, workshops and exhibition.
