Who are P2P
P2P are the safe pair of hands that get your customers’ deliveries to them through our truly global, innovative delivery service. Established in 2009, we are a group of passionate logistics experts who work tirelessly to support ecommerce retailers break down the barriers of international trade, providing parcel delivery services to over 200 countries. This year saw the acquisition of P2P by FedEx, entering us into an incredibly exciting phase.
Global e-commerce continues to grow at a rapid pace, and more and more merchants, marketplaces, e-commerce and social platforms are looking for innovative, cost-effective ways to get merchandise from distribution points in one country to customers in another. This acquisition will help bring our innovative services like TRAKPAK to countries around the world.
What do you do
At P2P, we bring some of the biggest retailers in the UK to the doorsteps of customers all over the world. By solving the delivery challenges many companies find holding them back, we help make reaching new markets a reality by offering innovative, cost-effective parcel deliveries to global destinations. With four core service offerings for customers, we can take care of all international delivery needs from beginning to end.
Why should I be interested
By using P2P we simplify the process of international shipping, breaking down the barriers to international trade.
We have developed many innovative solutions, providing key points of differentiation in the market.
Our smart APIs allow you to create, cancel and track parcel deliveries, add branding to customer tracking communication, look up pickup points from our ‘Pick Up, Drop Off’ (PUDO) network and much more.
We generate a single label for the entire delivery journey. This means we can track your parcel from when it leaves the warehouse to when it is delivered. This gives you a single-view picture of each parcel across multiple tracking systems and ensures a streamlined process.
To further reduce your workload, we can plug our system into your website and get you set up without any fuss.
We’re proud to manage our own linehaul. We do this so we have more control over your parcels and more visibility throughout the delivery timeline. We also hold a special licence that allows us to complete customs checks and load deliveries directly to aircrafts – more work for us, less delays for you!
Why should I use you instead of your competitors
We don’t expect you to know every country’s customs for delivering parcels, which is why our system identifies the right collection point for the destination.
Our helpful PUDO network will help you understand and choose the ideal pickup or dropoff point for a particular area.
Our innovative IT systems give you access to a personalised tracking portal, keeping you updated every step of the way. With all the information you need at your fingertips, we can greatly reduce ‘Where is my parcel’ queries, alongside directly sending customer notifications with embedded tracking links.
What stands us apart . . . we understand how important it is to make sure your customers feel special. So, when their parcel arrives in their country, they will receive an email in their native language informing them that it’s on the way.
Over the years, we’ve formed relationships with multiple trusted delivery partners across the world. With expert knowledge of global locations, we can help you select the right final mile partners for over 200 countries – ensuring your customer is familiar with the courier delivering to them.
How do I integrate with you
Integration with P2P services couldn’t be easier. Our TRAKPAK platform has been integrated with many of the major e-commerce and bespoke platforms including Metapack, Linnworks, Amazon and eBay to name a few.
Our TRAKPAK API solution also allows you to embed our service directly into your own system. It supports various types of label formats such as ZPL, EPL, PDF. Access to TRAKPAK, PUDO services and full tracking are supported. PUDO points can be searched and selected by either using our API or by integrating our map-based widget.
What should I do next?
At P2P our goal is to help customers develop and grow into new markets around the world.
