Zenstores integrates with APC Overnight

By Dan Wilson May 18, 2018 - 4:58 pm

The ecommerce shipping platform Zenstores has announced a new integration with the UK-based courier APC Overnight. The Zenstores platform integrates retailers’ sales channels with their courier accounts to make it easier to book shipments and print delivery labels.

The Bristol-based technology company has said that it is on-track to have helped retailers dispatch over 80 million orders by the end of 2018. APC Overnight has a network of 112 locations across the UK and offers a range of timed and trackable next day delivery options as well as specialising in fragile, security and liquid services.

The APC Overnight integration will make it easier for retailers to get orders into their customers’ hands faster by giving them direct access to APC Overnight’s range of time-critical services directly from their Zenstores dashboard.
– Tom Palmer, Zenstores CEO

When it comes to marketplaces, Zenstores is already integrated with eBay, Etsy and Amazon. And the relationships and integrations with shipping suppliers include Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Yodel, DPD and DPD Local.

APC Overight also recently announced several improvements to to their service, which we wrote about here. The two new consumer services aim to give parcel recipients convenience and certainty about when a delivery is due. They’re called APC PinPoint and APC Called. APC PinPoint is a tracking map that allows customers to check on the delivery driver’s progress via an online proximity map. APC Called and eCards are two alert systems for if a recipient is not available when delivery is attempted. Customers can also use the service to rebook delivery or collection online.
