Colin Furze builds an Avengers Infinity Wars Hulkbuster

By Chris Dawson May 7, 2018 - 10:29 am

You can buy a Lego Hulkbuster from the Marvel Avengers Infinity Wars on eBay for about £25, but for one group of kids they got something rather more lifelike when eBay teamed up once again with Colin Furze.

In the past Colin has built a Star Wars Rogue One AT-ACT and a full size Star Wars TIE Silencer with parts sourced exclusively on eBay. This time eBay set Colin challenge to build a fully operational Hulkbuster suit for a kid’s birthday so he teamed up with James Bruton and got cracking.

If you’ve not run across Colin before, he’s a cross between a mad scientist and bills himself as a “British garage inventor/video maker”. If you’ve got a mad idea then Colin is your man to bring it to reality.

Building a Hulkbuster big enough for someone to ride inside to pilot it and with hydraulics for the arms as well as a flame thrower, the suit can’t walk but it’s still majorly impressive.

Naturally the aim of the game is to emphasise both the breadth of parts and components you can source on eBay as well as to appeal to Marvel fans and attract them to buy merchandise on eBay.

Here’s the final video with the reveal to the excited kids:
