  1. as much as i love to see Scotland getting some attention, i’m struggling to see why…

Parcelhub isn’t exactly geographically restricted last time i checked, makes no difference whether you’re in Glasgow or Glastonbury, log on and select your courier, no?

So what benefit does the dedicated Scottish sales team bring us? is it just a bloke that can understand my accent without putting on my customer/telephone voice?

sure we may have different or even less choice in smaller couriers, but all the nationals mentioned cover Scotland too.

  2. Hi James,

    Thank you for your feedback.

Having a dedicated, Scotland-based sales and account management team on hand, that are vastly experienced in e-commerce logistics, means that we can provide even more support to our existing clients and also enables us to respond quickly to integration requests, provide ongoing support with label printing, those types of things.

For new Scottish businesses wanting to sign up to Parcelhub services, having a physical presence across the country makes it easier for our staff to visit the enquirer for an initial review of their shipping and customer services setup.

    Kind regards,

Simon Wright – Marketing Manager at Parcelhub – Optimising delivery experience.
