ArrowXL win 2-man delivery contract for N Brown

By Chris Dawson May 14, 2017 - 8:55 pm

ArrowXL, UK two-man home delivery experts, have won a major contract with online fashion retailer N Brown Group. The exclusive annual contract will involve more than 100,000 two-man deliveries UK-wide of N Browns’ range of homewares, furniture and electrical goods.

“We wanted a committed delivery partner, not just any delivery supplier, and we look forward to working very closely with ArrowXL to ensure our customers get the best service this partnership can provide”.
– Ian Carr, logistics director at N Brown

This is interesting as we’re regularly asked on Tamebay which courier can handle delivery of large oversized items such as furniture and white goods. ArrowXL can not only do the delivery to a chosen room in the house, but can also unpack and install items such as TVs and white goods as well as offering a range of return and exchange services, including disassembley and WEEE disposal of the old item.

ArrowXL deliver 14,000 products to more than 7,000 homes every day, covering 98 per cent of the UK mainland population, Monday to Saturday. They deliver through four hubs, 17 satellite bases and 230 delivery vehicles on the road six days a week. Services offered include next day, 2-day and 3-day services.

If you’re looking for a courier for deliveries of ‘ugly’ freight, ArrowXL could be worth considering.

We tried to set up with arrow xl and after 3 month of banging our head against a wall we decided to move on. I would recommend you give this company a miss. Extremely poor service!

    Hi Simon,

You haven’t been clear on the issue you had with Arrow XL. If I can be of any assistance, then do email me at Paul.Tyson@arrowxl.co.uk

    Thanks
    Paul
