Zenstores add integration to DPD

By Chris Dawson April 10, 2017 - 4:20 pm

Zenstores have announced the launch of their integration with DPD today.

Zenstores’ platform helps retailers streamline the process of dispatching orders from online stores and marketplaces. The easy to use software automatically imports orders from ecommerce channels and enables courier shipments to be booked and delivery labels to be printed in seconds.

DPD is one of the most popular couriers in the UK due to their tracking which is second to none, plus their pricing is attractive to online retailers. DPDs ‘Predict’ feature gives customers a one-hour window for delivery and the recently launched ‘Your DPD’ app enables them to quickly and easily customise their delivery preferences.

This new integration gives microretailers a simple, powerful way to utilise DPD’s shipping services to offer these tracking features to their customers, while reducing the amount of time they spend processing orders.

“Providing an exceptional delivery experience to customers can make all the difference to a microretailer’s reputation when selling online. For that reason we’re delighted to make our services accessible via Zenstores and help those businesses succeed.”
– Elaine Kerr, Director of Sales and CRM at DPD

If you already have a DPD contract and are looking for a simple effortless way to produce your delivery labels from marketplace or website sales, take a look at Zenstores.
