FeedbackExpress adds five new supported Amazon sites

FeedbackExpress is designed to help Amazon sellers automate and manage their feedback communication with buyers. If you want to get more positive feedback and product reviews as well as removing any negative and neutral feedback quickly and effectively then it’s a tool well worth considering.

On Amazon, buyers seldom leave feedback or reviews unless prompted, but as better seller metrics can help you win the Buy Box more frequently and sell at higher profit margins, reviews and feedback on Amazon are well worth courting.

Users of FeedbackExpress will be delighted to hear that they now support five new Amazon country sites: Germany; France; Italy; Spain; and Canada. FeedbackExpress already supports the Amazon sites in the UK and US.

FeedbackExpress have templates ready to use with professionally translated options in German, French, Italian and Spanish. You can now reliably request seller feedback and product reviews, on all the Amazon Europe sites that you trade on, in your customer’s native tongue.

If you’re already selling on multiple EU Amazon sites then it’s worth considering a 30 day free trial if you haven’t got an automated Amazon feedback request process in place. Once the free trial ends, FeedbackExpress costs from £14.95 per month.
