XSellco launches new social media management service

XSellco has launched an new social media integration for multi channel sellers who use their service XSellco Fusion. The new function means that they can handle enquiries that come in via the likes of Twitter and Facebook in one place.

If you’ve taken your online enterprise onto social media then you’ll know that customers don’t make much distinction between how you deal with their enquiries and also using multiple interfaces to deal with such incoming can be cumbersome.

XSellco CEO Victor Corcoran says: “Finding ways to scale effective multichannel customer support is a challenge for many companies. Social media is the new arena for customer support, so we’re thrilled to be able to offer our users a social solution – the ability to engage with their customers on Facebook & Twitter directly from Fusion”.

The new features mean that users can deal with customer support queries from multiple ecommerce and social channels including Amazon, eBay, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Allegro, Twitter, Facebook and others.
