Merry Christmas

A very “Merry Christmas” to all Tamebay readers, partners and friends. Dan and I hope you have a wonderful day and that you’re taking some well deserved time off to relax.

dotmailer Christmas themed office competition winners

We always like to have some Christmassy pictures and this year they come from dotmailer and their office decoration competition. Having two offices each of which was given a small budget, the challenge was to come up with a festive theme and then see which team did the best job.

DotMailer NarniaNarnia

C S Lewis’s Narnia, with the 1,000 year’s winter where Christmas never came, is perhaps one of the most evocative stories for this time of year. dotmailer’s office is entered Narnia fashion – through the wardrobe by pushing the fur coats aside.

Leaving the “far land of Spare Oom where eternal summer reigns around the bright city of War Drobe” you enter dotmailer’s office where the theme continues.

DotMailer Narnia 2Naturally inside all the details are there, right down to the lamp post in Lantern Waste, Northern Narnia, where Lucy first met Mr Tumnus the faun.

Inside Narnia you’ll find the four High Kings and Queens of Narnia with Queen Susan the Gentle brandishing the bow that does not easily miss it’s target.

Top marks to the Narnia team for originality and winning the dotmailer inter-company Christmas office competition.

DotMailer Marketing GrottoMarketing Grotto

dotmailer’s marketing team created a Christmas Grotto.

With the Narnia team winning and office rivalries running high, the Marketing Grotto has apparently been disparagingly nicknamed the “Marketing Grotty” by the rest of the company.

Were your office or warehouse decorations up to scratch? Next year we might have to have a Tamebay Christmas decorations competition and see who can give dotmailer a run for their money!
