Parcelhub and Brightpearl team up

No primary category set

Parcelhub and Brightpearl have teamed up with the aim of accelerating the business growth of their users.

The partnership will see the two companies working together to provide small and growing businesses with software that allows them to perform their back office functions from a single platform. The integration, which was developed by Parcelhub’s in-house IT team, allows customers to ship directly from the Brightpearl order management system, without the need to switch to a separate despatching programme.

Parcelhub currently handles parcel shipping for over 500 ecommerce, eBay and Amazon retailers, moving more than 350,000 parcels per month.

Parcelhub’s MD Mark Rosenberg says, “We have a natural synergy with Brightpearl – at the heart of both firms is a desire to support retailers and give them the tools to make informed decisions to drive business growth. By developing the Brightpearl integration we are cutting down the levels of admin and providing insight to enable retailers to spend less time dealing with paperwork and more time growing their businesses profitably.”
