The Digital Age: Friend or Foe? London: 8-9/9/15

Europe’s Customer Festival is coming up in September at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London. The theme of the event is “The Digital Age: Friend or Foe?”

Here are some f the promoted highlights:

– Deborah Meaden from Dragon’s Den will be explaining the importance of understanding what customers want, how to talk the same language as them and forging a lasting friendship.

– Natanael Sijanta, Head of Global Advertising at Mercedes-Benz will reveal his latest efforts to create a world of personal experiences. He will be outlining just how you can transform your customers into fans and in turn make them the most convincing brand messengers out there.

– Nina Bibby, Marketing Director at Telefonica who was recently named in the Power 100 UK’s Top Marketers will be speaking about how you can build an engaging brand in the digital age.

– Matthew Barwell, Chief Marketing Officer, Britvic will be looking at why you should be trying to matter more to people rather than simply targeting consumers.
