Should eBay sellers be providing pensions for staff?

On Monday new regulations came into force that could mean that eBay and Amazon sellers, as well other ecommerce SME employers, need to make pension provision for their employees.

For the first times, some employers with fewer than 30 staff, need to start offering pension services. Sometimes called “auto enrolment”, the aim is to ensure that more British employees have some sort of private pension cover sorted.
