NatWest customers’ money goes missing
If you’re a NatWest banking customer you may be missing some money today – payments which should have gone into your account may have gone astray.
NatWest have confirmed the glitch saying “Some Customer payments are missing this morning – we are investigating this issue as a matter of urgency. We are looking into fixing this ASAP and funds will show as normal once the system is back to normal“.
NatWest currently don’t have a timescale for the fix but have tweeted “If you have been affected and need to access funds today, please contact us 03457 888444 or visit your branch“.
This isn’t the first glitch NatWest have had in recent times, in 2012-2013 they went into meltdown on multiple occasions including on Cyber Monday 2013, the busiest shopping day of the year.
