Reasons to choose Rapid Fulfillment at IRX

Rapid FulfillmentThere are a proverbial ton of fulfillment companies out there, so how do you pick one and what sets them apart from the others? Today at IRX Robyn Bayliss, one of Rapid Fulfillment‘s account managers, explained why they have an edge.

Robyn explained that as well as a ton of services, their team of personal account managers are what sets Rapid Fulfillment apart. Rather then dealing with a faceless organisation where you might speak to a different contact every time, at Rapid Fulfillment you get a single contact who gets to know you and your business.

This is something I like, Dan and I have often said that one of the most important considerations you should always have when choosing a business partner is to make sure that you like the people you’re going to be working with. It makes sense, you wouldn’t take on an employee who wasn’t a good fit for your company culture, so why would it be any different with the companies that you partner with?

Of course just being nice people isn’t enough, they still need to deliver on service. Rapid Fulfillment excel for retailers who have a relatively low SKU count and a high volume of sales. They’ll work with whatever software solutions you already have in place, either with an API connection or with a CSV upload.

Naturally they do the warehousing, storage and inventory management. They offer a free CRM system, intelligent reporting, and understand that you need same day despatch and global fulfillment. They can also take care of your customer service and handle all of your returns should you wish, plus of course as we mentioned before… you get a personal account manager to ensure everything runs smoothly.
