Next week is the start of the Spring Conference season, which kicks off with Spring Fair on Sunday at the NEC in Birmingham and on Tuesday the fantastic Metapack Delivery Conference in London.

The Delivery Conference Mobile AppThe Delivery Conference

I’m really looking forward to The Delivery Conference this year, it will be interesting to hear from the major courier companies and their plans for moving forward, especially with the recent sad demise of City Link.

Kicking off at 9am at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London, there are two streams: Online Strategy and Delivery Innovation. At the end of the day there’ll also be The Metapack Delivery Excellence Awards and a networking session with drinks.

If you’re attending The Delivery Conference then make sure you download the conference app from Google Play or the Apple store. The app will give you the agenda and floorplans at your finger tips as well as enable you to explore speaker sessions and network with colleagues. You can also create your own personal schedule and plan your day in advance.

Spring FairSpring Fair 2015

I’ve never been to Spring Fair before, but Dan and I are both planning to attend on Wednesday the 4th. It’ll be interesting to see the range of suppliers on offer, but our main interest is to visit the Ecommerce Theatre in the Retail Shop hall.

According to Currencies Direct preview of Spring Fair, there’ll be 3,000 British and international suppliers, More than 300,000 new products, 14 different market sectors for the expected 70,000 retail buyers from UK and overseas who will be attending.
