By Chris Dawson August 5, 2014 - 2:37 pm

eCommerce Delivery by Chloe ThomasChloe Thomas’ new book, “eCommerce Delivery: How your Delivery Strategy can Increase your Sales” is available from Amazon for free today as a Kindle download.

Chloe, author of the Ecommerce Master Plan, has doing online marketing for over 10 years. In that time she’s worked with over 50 eCommerce businesses, improving their online marketing, saving them money and time in the process.

Often out and about speaking at eCommerce Events, 9 times out of 10 she is be asked something about Delivery. Yet despite the impact of Delivery on eCommerce businesses there are almost no books on the subject, so she thought she should write one.

Delivery is a subject that affects your whole business. Done right it will improve customer acquisition, customer retention, internal efficiency AND profit. Done badly you will lose customers, waste money on marketing, and deal with endless headaches.

In this book Chloe takes you through these key areas of Delivery and shows you your options, helping you to find the right strategy for your business.

Today it’s free for the Kindle, so jump over to Amazon and download it even if you don’t have time to read it immediately.

Wise words from Chloe. Particularly agree where she talks of delivery information “building trust” and removing reasons for the consumer not to buy.

Looks interesting. I promised myself to read a fiction book between every non-fiction (thesedays ecommerce or business books) but this one is short so Patrick Melrose can wait a bit…

  • Very good book, based in UK couriers and postal services, but with general info to study and use a strategic shipping policy for your website.
