Looks nice and neat but the public pricing is totally off the scale for a relatively simply one function application like this.
Most decent order management/inventory systems can already do all if not most of this already as part of their embedded functionality.
This may be ‘better’ in some way but £200 per month will buy you a lot of software that does a great deal more than this offering.

we agree seems expensive for what is offered
Thanks everyone for your feedback, this is exactly what we are looking for. In relation to our pricing, we have mostly been working with customers of the circa 10,000+ shipments per month size up to now who (we think from initial research) need different features, support levels and use our product in different ways.
We have had increased demand over the past few months from merchants with much less shipments than above and we are really interested in learning what their needs are.
The tamebay team and a number of merchants have helped us design a solution that we believe will meet the needs of merchants shipping less than the volumes above.
I would suggest that if anyone is interested in automating their delivery process, try it out or call us. We really believe it will make a big difference to you on a daily basis.

I signed up with Scrri where they promise they will sort everything for me however it has nearly been a month now and still there is nothing being setup.
Maybe this is not really for small seller like me and to be honest I am quite disappointed considering all the promises they made. :\
I personally keep an eye on all signups to our service and am aware of your situation. My understanding is our customer support team has been working with their carrier contacts to try to get you set up with an account with a suitable shipper that is currently integrated with Scurri.
We don’t have accounts with shippers ourselves, we work to make the integration of merchants own accounts easier. Each individual carrier have their own criteria to determine what type of account they deem suitable for different customer groups and the types of services (including integration options) they provide with that account.
We are still looking to find a suitable solution for your own situation, but please if you are not happy give me a call on (020)36033123 and l will personally see if I can do any more for you.
I agree it looks very expensive for a service which is free on some other sites. Parcel 2 go and even eBay itself to name just 2. Surely scurri are getting a commission from each parcel sent which would make them some money and if not I think that would be a far better business plan than charging a monthly fee.
Or maybe I’m just too small scale to have ever tried to print 100+ labels at the same time to know the value of this service!
The Scurri platform allows you to connect to and process orders with many shipping providers at the same time. This can be extremely valuable if you ship internationally, sell a wide range of different types of products or want to give different service levels.
We don’t take any commission from any of our carrier partners and merchants in the know can often make significant savings dealing directly rather than paying (slightly discounted) consumer prices on price comparison sites.
Scurri eliminates manual input and repetitive processes giving Merchants more time to focus on the value creating aspects of growing a business.
We know that the time saving from processing orders may not make sense for everyone, but most of our customers claim a 7 -10x return on their monthly fee.

It’s not often you get a direct reply from a CEO! I understand the way in which your service works but for me I think you are missing a huge opportunity to make money from the commission market place. This would essentially make enough to subsidize the cost of the service for users.
I also understand that the way you work presently allows you to remain independent and not reliant on only which services offer commission but I guess that’s just how my brain works.
I guess however the proof is in the eating and I maybe should give it a try before deciding its not for me.
When you give it a go for a while I would love to hear your feedback myself.
