Advert on eBay UK says “Sell on Flubit”

By Chris Dawson July 14, 2014 - 8:45 am

FlubitI was a bit surprised to see an Advert on eBay for rival marketplace Flubit. It’s not just that Flubit is a rival marketplace but also that their proposition is that they’ll find you a better price than on Amazon!

Flubit are doing great at the moment and things are looking like they’ll only get better with their integration with Barclaycard due to take place this summer. However I’m still not sure that eBay would approve of the advert but that’s the beauty of automated systems… they probably didn’t even know the ad was running.

You can start selling with Flubit by signing up at, and speak to your existing channel management provider as many are already integrated with Flubit so it could be as simple as clicking a few buttons on your channel management console.

LOL, eBay may have “auto loaded” an ad without realising what it was but after this post you can be sure they now know all about it!! 🙂

Should add that its a very badly designed site, written in broken English, with links that don’t work. Looks very cheap and like a “host with us and get a free website design software package with loads of templates to choose from”, and I have never heard of them before.

Also can’t figure the name. Is it Flu Bit? or Flub It? Maybe whoever came up with that name was feeling a bit ill that day!! 🙂

Flubit has generated only very limited sales for us. Bit of a waste of time quite frankly
