ChannelAdvisor now enables selling on China’s Tmall

By Dan Wilson April 23, 2014 - 4:59 pm

ChannelAdvisor has announced its newest partnership to help retailers and manufacturers extend their business selling online.

CA has now added Alibaba Group’s Tmall Global solution to the ChannelAdvisor platform. Tmall Global is part of Tmall, one of the largest business-to-consumer marketplace in China and part of Alibaba.

This move unlocks a substantial new ecommerce market for ChannelAdvisor customers. Experts at Forrester predict the Chinese ecommerce market could be as large as $672 billion by 2018, growing at 18 percent per year.

It’s good news for ChannelAdvisor customers who already have their systems in place and want to, at the very least, put a toe in the water when it comes to international trading with China.
