Vocus webinar: Building profitable relationships with journos & bloggers

By Dan Wilson January 7, 2014 - 7:02 am

According to John Hayes of Vocus: “Content marketing is causing a bit of a buzz in online marketing circles and for a very good reason.” And a Vocus webinar will be examining the topic next week.

Hayes adds: “Regardless of whether you are a retailer, a manufacturer, a software developer or a service provider (designer, fulfilment partner, courier, finance broker, etc.), getting your message out across a range of media (including industry specific blogs, trade journals, social media, email, etc.) will help you generate awareness, build reputation and sell more.

“Building solid relationships with journalists and bloggers should therefore be seen as a vital component in any content marketing strategy. As with all relationships, this requires a bit of thought and a little work beyond the ubiquitous untargeted press release.”

The webinar will explore how best to build those vital relationships as part of your marketing strategy.

Tamebay’s very own Chris Dawson will be joining a panel of other journalists and bloggers (from eConsultancy, Enterprise Nation and Guru in a Bottle) in a special Vocus UK sponsored webinar on how to build profitable relationships with journalists and bloggers on Monday, January 13, 2014 at 3pm.
