By Chris Dawson November 22, 2013 - 10:36 pm

eBay Cheap Listing Day FeatOnce again there are free listings for private eBay sellers this weekend on Saturday the 23rd and Sunday the 24th November.

You can list up to 100 auctions with a start price of £1 or more and insertion fees will be waived. You will still pay any listing enhancement fees and final value fees.

So long as your a private seller with no seller restrictions on your account then you’re good to go, but there are a few of the normal restrictions so check for full details on the .

  • Desperation seems to be setting in at ebay. Free listings by the bucketful and free re-listings when they inevitably don’t sell.
The added fees on post costs are pretty much the final nail in ebays coffin, added to Royal Mails new found ability to lose parcels and dent any form of compensation.

I agree with the above comment. I am really worried that ebay is running out of sellers and they know it. Inevitably it will lead to running out of buyers too. Looking in searches and it’s the same old crap appearing time and again. There is nothing new on ebay anymore and all the bargains have disappeared.
We have taken the difficult decision to close down our clothing ebay business on the basis of lack of sales. We will concentrate all our efforts elsewhere.
