For some reason many of the search results displayed in product cards aren’t displaying any price information.

For instance when browsing camcorders you’d expect all listings to show pricing such as “Buy new: £52.99″. That’s showing exactly as expected on the fourth search result down in the image to the side. What’s unexpected is that the three listings above show absolutely no price information whatsoever.

I’ve clicked through many of these product cards, and the pricing varies on these camcorders from a couple of tenners to into the thousands. As an experienced buyer I know I could narrow the price options using the left nav bar, but it would at least be nice to have a price indication in search results to make buyers live’s easier.

On the day that Harry Redknapp and Milan Mandaric of Portsmouth Football Club have been cleared of tax evasion, HMRC have announced two new campaigns to catch tax dodgers. HMRC will target tradespeople working in the home improvement market, and people who receive income from buying and selling goods online.

HMRC revealed that they’ll use new technology to search the internet for information about specified, targeted people and businesses. The new campaigns will focus on:

Missing returns: This will contribute to wider HMRC activity tackling failure to complete tax returns. It will initially focus on those who fail to complete tax returns and who are liable to pay tax at the highest rates.

Home improvement trades: This will build on campaigns aimed at plumbers and electricians, and will include several 100,000 tradespeople in construction and building work.

Direct selling: This will target customers who ought to be paying tax on income they earn from buying and selling goods direct to others, or from the commission on these sales. HMRC elaborated to explain that this will cover those who are using e-marketplaces to buy and sell goods as a trade or business and who fail to pay the tax owed. People who only sell a few items and who are not traders are unlikely to be liable to tax and will not be targeted by this campaign.

As with previous campaigns, the focus of the new campaigns will be on providing those in the selected groups, who may not be paying the tax they owe, a chance to put their affairs in order on the best possible terms. However be warned, those who HMRC find as part of follow up work can expect the highest penalty available, so if you need to start paying tax it is in your interest to contact the tax man before they come knocking on your door.

If you’re a SmartStamp Royal Mail customer then you may have received an email today apologising for the service interruptions over the past few months.

The email from Tim Adams, Royal Mail Head of eCommerce, says that you can be assured CapGemini and Royal Mail teams are continuing to work hard to fix the issues. It goes on to say Royal Mail have not taken monthly or annual subscription payments from SmartStamp customers during December or January and that they will waive subscription charges for an additional month as a reflection of how sorry they are for the service disruption.

Royal Mail will be back in touch with their customers soon to confirm how the waived charges will be administrated and are committed to resolving the remaining issues as quickly as possible.

The website issues started in late November, although many services were back online in December a relatively few users on a few services such as SmartStamp continued to have problems into the New Year.

If you’re an eBay.com seller and don’t have an eBay store subscription than you’re going to be busy tomorrow – Tuesday 7th February 2012.

eBay have just announced 50,000 free auction listings per seller and the Buy It Now option can be added to these listings for free. Yes that wasn’t a typo, you can list up to fifty thousand auction style listings with Buy It Now with no insertion fees to pay.

Far be it from me to suggest this as a good idea, but it’s pretty likely that if you have an eBay.com store subscription that you’ll take advantage of this offer by listing on one of your other eBay accounts.

There are a few restrictions so check the announcement page for full details.

There’s been some lively discussion regarding eBay DSRs over the past few days here and here. The big question appears to be should we be rated on things outside of a seller’s control?

There are four DSRs buyers rate us on on eBay, so lets take a look and see which we can do something about and which really are in the lap of the gods:

How accurate was the item description?

I don’t think many sellers could argue that they’re not fully responsible here. However it’s worth noting more and more buyers purchase with mobile devices and see a limited view item page. I myself am guilty of buying from the top of the page and not bothering to read the full sellers description.

If you really want to ensure buyers agree with the quality of your description rely more on the title, the picture (s), the item condition and the item specifics than on the description lower down the page. Make sure any highly relevant information is at the top of the page, especially now you can have 80 characters in item titles.

How satisfied were you with the sellers communication?

Well this one is really down to eBay now. They’ve set up automated messaging on our behalf and taken away our ability to bulk email customers.

It’s a difficult one to manage with no automated messaging unless you’re using third party tools (which generally cost money!) and want to double up on messages sent by eBay. If there’s one DSR that you could argue is outside your control this is it.

How quickly did the seller despatch the item?

We all know that buyers don’t care how quickly you despatch their purchase, they’ll rank you on how quickly they receive it. I hear a lot of sellers complain about this DSR along the lines of “I posted it second class as promised and I have a 5 day handling time specified”.

To be honest buyers these days don’t care how long you need to pack an item or which postage method you use – the vast majority still expecting to receive their purchase tomorrow or the day after. I’d encourage all sellers to offer premium delivery services with an option to downgrade to cheaper slower services if the buyer wants to save money.

I know that’s contentious – faster services cost more, make you uncompetitive and less profitable. However you have to balance the service with your DSRs, search ranking and resultant sell through rates. This DSR scores a “could do something about, but possibly it’s not in my interests to”.

How reasonable were the P&P charges?

This DSR is a straight choice. Do you offer free post in which case don’t worry – you’ve got a five star DSR, or do you charge for postage, make a little more profit, have a (from observation tiny) disadvantage in search in which case you have to trust your buyers to consider your postage reasonable.

So that’s the four DSRs, P&P can be guaranteed if we wish, Description and Despatch time are under our control, Communications is pretty much out of our control without a lot of work or external software.

What do you do to keep your DSRs high?

eBay have increased the look back period for completed listings in certain categories from 15 days to as much as 60 days. This is largely in the collectables categories where it is much more useful to see past prices than in say iPads.

The new look back periods

Collectables category increased from 45 days to 90 days.
Antiques, Art, Coins, Dolls & Bears, Pottery, Porcelain & Glass, Sports Memorabilia, Stamps, Toys & Games categories have also been increased from 15 days to 60 days.

How to find historical sale prices on eBay

All you need do to find out past prices items have sold for is to click on the “Advanced Search” tab at the top of most eBay pages, enter the relevant keywords, check the “Completed Listings” box and click the “Search” button.

Longer look back periods

It’s well known that Terapeak is the best research tool for eBay (They licence eBay’s data direct), although unlike eBay’s tools it’s a paid for service. However if you want to know historical prices items have actually sold for on eBay Terapeak has data available that goes back an entire year, although you’re restricted to reports of 90 days at a time. Mind you… run four reports and you have a whole year’s worth of data if you want it!

eBay are at last to do something that people have been asking for for years – free up some of the oldest eBay User Ids that haven’t been used for years.

eBay have sent out emails to users with dormant accounts saying “We noticed that you haven’t signed in to your eBay account for quite some time, and we’d like to invite you back to buy and sell again. eBay’s a great place to buy what you want, and sell what you have.“.

They go on to add “Unfortunately, since you haven’t used your eBay account for a while, it will be deleted if you don’t sign in within 30 days from the day this email was sent.”

I’ve never heard of eBay deleting an account before – even when eBay have closed accounts for Trust and Safety reasons the accounts and About Me pages have always remained live on the site.

What this means is that potentially some of the oldest eBay User ID’s from dormant accounts will become available to be re-registered at some time in the near future. If dormant account users don’t log in and their accounts are deleted then the User Ids could potentially become available again.

We don’t know how old the accounts are scheduled for deletion and we don’t know how long an account has to have been left unused before eBay consider it dormant and ready to be deleted. However if you have old accounts that you want to keep it’s worth signing in and possibly making a purchase on them to ensure they stay alive.

Is there a User ID that you’ve wanted for years for your business? If so you might just be able to grab it in a month or so if you still want it.

Well it had to happen, although thankfully this year we got through Christmas before the snow came, it’s finally here.

Now’s the time to step up communications with buyers and ensure that they’ve noticed the white stuff probably floating down from the sky outside their windows this very minute.

Doubtless couriers and postal services will update their websites with details of potential delays on Monday, but in the mean time start to assume buyers will expect their deliveries on time and won’t realise that snow means delays.

If you expect and prepare for the worst that will be the best way to protect your eBay and Amazon accounts from low feedback scores.

Dan and I have been out all day today in rather exciting (at least for us!) meetings. We’ve met up with our superb new web designer and technical guys, who are going to be looking after the back end of TameBay in the future.

As our long time readers will know Sue was TameBay’s technical guru and looked after TameBay for the first five years and she had some great ideas on how to take TameBay forward for the future. We’re going to be implementing some changes, many of which you probably won’t even notice and a few that you will. We’ll be incorporating many of Sue’s plans into the upgrades, we’ve had some ideas as well and so have our new technical guys so watch this space…

We’ll let you know when changes are going to happen so that it’s not too much of a surprise and when everything is done we’ll be in a great position to carry on bringing you the latest ecommerce news for the years to come.

The March 2012 edition of .net magazine is out and the headline story is how to “Improve your eBay Store today!” written by eBay education specialist, SEO specialist and eBay business consultant Mark Buckingham of Netseek.

Within the article Mark discusses both the mechanics of eBay retailing such as eBay Top Rated Seller Status and how that affects your business, as well as delving into the depths of Best Match, Mobile Commerce, eBay Catalogue and how to keep your costs down.

Of course no such article would be complete today without advice on how to protect your Detailed Seller Ratings and Mark covers this as well along with how to give gold star service and handle eBay communications.

Mark has done his homework with quotes from Angus McCarey, eBay’s Retail Director, Patrick Munden, eBay Head of Communications and he’s even squeezed in a quote from TameBay.

There’s advice for everyone trading on eBay whether it be how to rack up your customer service a notch, how to get to grips with eBay search, or just how to lower your eBay fees then the article is worth perusing.

If you’re near a reputable newsagent or WHSmith then a copy will set you back a mere £5.99, but as an added bonus you’ll find a £50.00 Google adwords voucher inside (valid to 14/2/12 dropping to £35.00 until 31/3/12). That’ll pay for the magazine and more, but to be honest if you run an eBay business (or especially if you are thinking of setting up an eBay business) then this is a must read article.

You can also buy the digital version of the .net magazine with the eBay article direct from the .net website, or directly from Apple for the iPad or iPhone.

TameBay have been a little lax on the spending front recently, at least that’s not quite true, both Dan and I have been busily spending money on eBay but on our personal eBay accounts.

Our TameBay eBay account hasn’t been used for buying for a couple of years but eBay haven’t given up on us – they’ve just sent us a 10% off voucher for anything between a £40 and £100 purchase on eBay.

Rather annoyingly I just purchased a USB 1 Terabyte Hard Drive for £64.99 from the weekly deals yesterday – if the voucher had been 12 hours earlier TameBay could have saved me £6.50 (grrr ).

It is good to know that eBay are tapping up dormant accounts to get them spending though. The UK is one of the most highly penetrated eBay markets in the world and there are only so many new buyers that they can bring to the site. Getting dormant buyers returning to the site and spending again is almost more important (and probably cheaper!) than recruiting a brand new buyer.

Did anyone else get a voucher? If so what did you spend yours on?

eBay are asking all International sellers to agree to a new International Selling Policy when selling overseas. This is because selling policies vary between sites and they particularly draw attention to the fact that buyer protection policies vary between different country sites.

This shouldn’t be too much of a worry to UK sellers who sell within the EU as the UK already has some of the most stringent laws to protect consumers, however it might have a bigger effect on overseas sellers supplying to the UK.

You’ll be asked to agree to the new International Selling Policy next time you list on a site other than your eBay site of registration, or when you make your items available to another site by selecting International Shipping.

If anyone can get a link (or cut and paste the text) of the new policy it would be appreciated… I just listed an item with shipping to the US and wasn’t asked to agree to the new International Selling Policy so it might not be live just yet!).

Gone is my ability to leave star ratings for Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs) which have been replaced with drop downs to select how reasonable or otherwise the services was.

I’ve heard of this before, eBay run many tests on feedback to trial the effects of how changes impact buyer and seller behaviour, but I’ve not seen this one live on any of my own accounts before.

So what do you think? Is it better to be rated on 1 to 5 stars, or do you prefer the “Very accurate, Accurate, Neither inaccurate nor accurate, Inaccurate, Very inaccurate” choices that I have at the moment?

Incidentally it’s probably also worth noting that if the seller offered free postage and packaging then they automatically get awarded a “Very Reasonable” for their postage DSR.

It’s that time of year that if you haven’t already your income tax bill is due to be paid. I’m sure not many of us like paying tax. I suspect that quite a few of us would avoid paying tax if we could. Now a survey of South Carolina residents in the US has confirmed this with almost 81% saying that they plan to fiddle their tax forms.

When selling on eBay it’s pretty much impossible to fiddle your figures. Your eBay account records every sale and your PayPal account and bank account record the payments. If the tax man wants to check you’ve paid what’s due it’s pretty easy for him. The same goes for VAT for those of us that are registered – everything leaves an electronic record which is easy to follow.

It’s different in the US though, there they have sales tax and local taxes instead of VAT. What makes US sales tax incredibly complicated is that the rate varies from area to area and state to state. Up until now in most of the US it was up to the consumer to declare their purchases on the Internet which are sold without tax being collected and pay the tax on their tax return.

Many companies such as Amazon are busily opposing the requirement to collect sales tax (and for smaller sellers understandably you don’t want to be figuring out tax rates across 51 states!). Amazon have recently negotiated a 5 year deal not to collect sales tax in South Carolina on condition they merely email their customers and let them know what tax is due. That doesn’t appear to make much difference though – consumers are happily buying on the Internet tax free and costing the State some $110 million annually in unpaid tax.

No one wants to pay tax, but you have to wonder why the US never implemented Sales Tax in the way we do in the UK. When you sell regardless of which state you sell to you collect sales tax for your local state. That’s what happens with VAT in the EU, you generally charge VAT at the rate in your local country regardless of the VAT rate in the consumers country.

I can understand the opposition to charging sales tax in the US. It’s too complicated for merchants to economically process and consumers enjoy sales tax free purchases. For the US tax office it’s a bizarre situation that they’ve allowed it to continue for so long though.

If you’re in the US do you declare your Internet purchases on your tax return and pay your tax (feel free to comment anonymously).

The Daily Mail has commented on Amazon’s Price Parity policy, claiming that it’s detrimental to consumers and that consumer protection lawyers are calling for an investigation.

Sadly the Daily Mail has it the wrong way around – the article suggests that Amazon are insisting that retailers increase prices on their own websites to bring prices inline with their listings on Amazon. What Amazon actually do is “require that sellers who choose to sell products on Amazon not charge customers higher prices on Amazon than they charge elsewhere” (quoted from the Amazon Seller Account Policy Warning email).

It’s a shame that the Daily Mail didn’t dig a bit further and discover that what Amazon do isn’t “artificially inflating prices” and they’re not “exploiting their market power in a way that is detrimental to consumers”. What they’re actually doing is asking sellers not sell products to consumers at a higher cost on Amazon than they do on their own websites that’s lowering prices not inflating them! (It’s also worth noting that it’s not price fixing under the Competition Act – they’re not requiring you to match prices with your competitors, only to be no more expensive than your own website)

The answer is either to match prices and make lower margins but higher volume on Amazon, sell different inventory on Amazon to your website (think bundles!) or simply make a decision as to whether Amazon’s proposition is correct for you.

Of course the truth of the matter is most Amazon sellers wouldn’t survive on their website sales alone and they don’t invest heavily to drive traffic. They don’t like matching their website prices on Amazon to take into account Amazon fees, which look high when compared to the under investment on their own website.

Perhaps it’s time to invest in driving traffic to your own website so that you could afford to switch off Amazon if you wanted to – How hard would it be for you to replace your Amazon turnover/profits with website sales?

David Brackin is an occasional guest writer on Tamebay and is a Director of Stuff U Sell, the UK’s leading eBay Trading Assistant. He has sold over £5m of goods on eBay for other people.

The Guardian today reports on the potential pitfalls of allowing collection of items paid for with Paypal, highlighting the gap in seller protection compared with – say – items sent by recorded delivery. Happily for the two people whose cases were brought up in the article, Paypal have made a goodwill gesture to cover their losses. But what can the rest of us do to protect ourselves from this kind of fraud?

The first thing to note is that this sort of thing is extremely rare, and isn’t something to panic about. In the past eight years of trading, I can count on one hand the number of instances where we have experienced this sort of fraud on collection items, and in most cases it has been with payments made by cheque. Paypal seems to be more secure than traditional payment methods in this regard – on the whole, the benefit it offers in reassuring buyers far outweighs the risk of fraud.

Moreover, the news that Paypal are going to work closely with law enforcement is most welcome: being able to trace online fraudsters through their digital footprints one thing that keeps this channel more secure.

For our sellers, they were protected by our guarantee and so they got paid in any case: this peace of mind is all part of our service. But what can you do if you are trading directly and have some large one-off transactions like the sellers in the article?

Paypal is a required form of payment for all eBay transactions, and some items can’t simply be popped into a Jiffy Bag and posted. Indeed the strength of eBay over many other e-commerce platforms is its ability to handle the larger and more exotic one-offs which require specialist handling and which are often collected in person.

The first line of defence is your intuition about a transaction. Is it for a large amount? Is the buyer a new or recently returning user or showing unusual activity in their recently purchased items? Are they particularly pressing for an urgent collection? Is there anything about their approach which suggests something just isn’t right? Any of these things might put you on a more suspicious footing about a transaction - obviously the more experience you have, the more likely you are to spot something out of the ordinary.

The second is to have good procedures for collections. Ask the buyer to identify themselves (genuine buyers won’t mind bringing some ID along with them) and take a note of the car registration in which they arrive. Ask them to inspect the item fully and get a signature to confirm the item is the one they have bought. This will also minimise the number of returns which occur -particularly troublesome with larger items.

If you are running a warehouse, then ensure that your CCTV cameras cover the areas where transactions are made and items are loaded and can record faces and identify vehicles. All these steps will help deter fraudsters from believing that they can get away with the crime.

Finally, if you can’t satisfy yourself that the buyer is a trustworthy and reliable party, then be prepared to refund the payment and cancel the transaction if they can’t prove that it is genuine. No matter how much you want to make the sale go through, you have to remain objective in your assessment of whether it really is genuine.

Above all, remember that by far the vast majority of buyers are decent and honest folk. I really enjoy meeting the wide array of people from all walks of life who come and collect from us when they indulge their passions on eBay.

I didn’t know whether to chuckle or cry at the latest post on the eBay Ink Blog announcing a new “Bring it. Sell it. Ship it.” program to encourage eBay employees in San Jose to sell on eBay. It strikes me as bizaare that they’re not all selling on eBay already.

I can remember hearing rumours that (in the old days) at eBay UK staff meetings they had to announce their feedback score and could even be called upon to explain any negative or neutral feedbacks they’d received. I can remember when eBay employees were proud of their feedback record and would compete to see who had the most. At the very early eBay universities some eBay employees had more feedback from me, and theirs numbered in the thousands.

The most telling part of the eBay Ink blog post was the comment “For those employees selling for the first time, each Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm, employee Power Sellers will be on hand in the station to help folks get started“.

I find it pretty sad to think that there are people working for eBay that have never sold anything on the site. Maybe I’m doing them a disservice and they’re simply avid buyers and are amassing hundreds of feedback… but you would have thought they had something laying around the house that they could have sold.

Google and Microsoft are reknowned for the internal use of their own software products. They wouldn’t dream of using a competitors product instead of their own, it’s called “eating your own dogfood”, So why not eBay? What are these employees doing with their discarded posessions?

I’m all in favour of the “Bring it. Sell it. Ship it.” program eBay are running (although I can’t help wondering who will be first to sell something that “all the free packing materials they need” isn’t sufficient for). If it gets eBay employees selling on eBay it’s a good thing.

If any eBay employees want to share their feedback score it would be great to have some reassurance that, in the UK at least, you guys are using the site you run for us (feel free to comment anonymously, we wouldn’t expect you to disclose your User Ids).

Edited to add: It’s been pointed out to me (and I really should have realised myself!) that eBay have some 27,000 employees and the vast majority that work in San Jose don’t even work for eBay’s marketplace business, but work for related companies. The related companies include payments (PayPal, Billmelater), GSI, classifieds, Stubhub, Shopping.com, Half.com, Rent.com and a whole string of other businesses in the eBay portfolio. That being the case it’s not surprising a large number have never sold on the eBay marketplace and makes this a superb program.

Amazon are a company who constantly look for new ways to help their sellers grow and reach new customers. They’ve now announced the extension of their international fulfilment service adding the ability to deliver non-Amazon orders to your customers in all 27 EU member states.

When you sign up to use Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) Amazon takes care of picking, packing and delivering your products sold on Amazon’s European sites to customers throughout the EU from just one seller account. With FBA, your inventory and orders are processed leveraging one of the most advanced fulfilment networks in the world, allowing you to focus on selling, not shipping.

With Multi-Channel Fulfilment, FBA sellers can choose to use their inventory in Amazon’s fulfilment centres to fulfil part or all of their orders originating from their own website, other third party platforms (Yes that includes eBay!), catalogue or even in-store sales. With FBA Export for Multi-channel, you can now offer your customers who order from outside the UK a smooth and reliable delivery almost anywhere in Europe using Amazon’s highly-efficient and extensive supply network. Once you submit a multi-channel shipment request, you will see the estimated delivery date which can then be shared with the customer.

Amazon FBA sellers now have the option and flexibility to fulfil domestic Amazon and non-Amazon orders as well as EU Amazon and non-Amazon orders from one single, local inventory pool.

There has never been a better time to let Amazon help you expand internationally and grow further in 2012. Join the many FBA merchants already benefitting from increased sales, lower costs, and time savings.

Also FBA Media sellers can now adjust their export settings when using FBA to have their products sold on Amazon.co.uk exported to customers across the whole world. This brings FBA on a par with Amazon’s own online retail sales. There are currently no extra charges for the seller – eventual delivery costs are borne by the buyer.

Previously FBA sellers were limited to export their products sold on Amazon’s European platforms to the 27 EU member states. With this feature, Amazon gives sellers the option to export their Media products worldwide. Sellers can activate this additional region on their FBA Export settings page in their seller account. As part of the activation, Amazon will collect their signature which will be printed on the customs label on all shipments exported to non-EU member states.

If you don’t already use FBA then it’s well worth trialling the services with a few product lines. Once you’re familiar with FBA you can either expand if it suits your operations or simple use FBA for selected products or at busy times of year to ease the burdon on your own warehouse operations. Why take on extra temporary staff and have to train them or rent additional warehouse space when you can use Amazon FBA to handle picking, packing and shipping your orders for you?

Stockshifters first went live in 2009 providing a platform for independent retailers to buy branded surplus stock from a large range of the UK’s largest retailers and wholesalers. Since this time they have grown to more than 50,000 customers.

Harvey Sinclair, CEO of Stockshifters told us “The whole team are highly excited by this change which brings new opportunities for the future. Our focus and priority continues to be on you, the community we have been building since the start, and satisfying your needs for great products at low prices with great margins.“.

If you are looking for new sources of stock then Stockshifters could well be worth looking at.

Ecommerce platform provider ekmPowershop.com has partnered with fulfilment company SixWorks, it was announced this week.

Six provides an order fulfilment service allowing for hands-off selling. This latest integration with ekmPowershop.com not only takes care of the warehousing and delivery of products but also provides customisable, branded paperwork and customer emails.

Automated order transfer, return of delivery/tracking info and up-to-the second stock level sharing are all offered as part of SixWork’s fulfilment service.

John Bradbury from ekmPowershop.com says: “The ‘final mile’ is often overlooked by many businesses when they start selling online. As the operation scales, fulfilment of the order efficiently and on time can be one of the biggest challenges they face.

If consumers experience any problems in receiving their goods ordered over the internet, then you can be sure to garner a bad reputation quickly in a market that’s full of competition. Six’s integration with ekmPowershop.com means clients can re-route all of their stock to Six’s warehouse facilities, and forget about the hassle of despatches and holding their own stock – for good.”

AuctionBytes, (now known as EcommerceBytes but still referred to by many as AuctionBytes) have just announced a new comments policy. In order to comment on the site you’ll now need to register with AB Verify to confirm your email address and have a unique name by which to comment.

To comment on AuctionBytes in the future you’ll have to log in, but you’ll be able to change your password, opt in to receive email notifications of comments added to threads of interest and also upload an avatar to identify yourself.

We’ll be making some changes to TameBay over the next few months, but we’ve currently no plans to make users log in to comment on the site and we already support avatars. If you want an image (either a picture of yourself or a logo) next to your name when you comment you simply need to register at gravatar.com and comment using the same email address in the future.

Do you think logging in to make a comment is a good idea? Also are there any other features you’d like to see changed or added to TameBay? What parts of the site do you use most and which pages do you visit most frequently? Do you follow TameBay using email or RSS feeds (did you know you can subscribe from the bottom of the right hand column on the home page?).

If there are features you’d like to see added to TameBay now’s the time to shout. No promises that we’ll be able to add everything that you might want but we’ll certainly look at all suggestions.
