MyHermes revise excluded items policies

Courier MyHermes has reviewed its excluded items policies on what can and can’t be sent via its service. You can find the full list of its rules here.

But now you can send: food, jewellery, watches and domestic goods. Moreover, you can now cover such goods for up to £250. Excluded items are exempt from any kind of compensation. Prohibited items are not allowed to be sent at all.

That said there are still a great many items on the MyHermes excluded list and many sellers will be breaking the rules inadvertently. Antiques over 100 years old are still banned and vehicles parts are prohibited.

It may well be worth checking you’re covered if you use MyHermes.
