Amazon review revamp changes hit the UK
It looks like Amazon have rolled out their revamp to their reviews onto the Amazon.co.uk site.
We were told that that newer, more useful reviews, will be considered as more powerful than old reviews, or those from buyers who haven’t actually bought the goods in question when products are rated on the site and that now appears to be the case.
The screenshot below shows Amazon highlighting what’s considered by them to be the most helpful positive review as well as the most helpful critical review, this means monitoring your reviews is more important than ever before. Tools such as Review Central from Bqool can assist you with this.
What do you think of the new review display? Is it more helpful to you as a buyer? Does it worry you as a seller?
