myHermes fully operational after fire incident
Thankfully no one was injured when the conveyor motor burnt out and even better news no parcels were damaged in the fire. myHermes have also confirmed that deliveries will not be delayed by more than 24 hours and that they’re using extra capacity to clear the back log and get them to their destinations.

Following Wednesday’s small fire caused by a conveyor motor burnout at our hub in Warrington, we can confirm that all repairs have been completed and the facility is once again fully operational. Hermes is now operating five hubs in total to clear any backlog of parcels. Currently, the deliveries of some parcels are being delayed by up to 24 hours.
