Linn Systems Announces Summer Refresh

fedor_dzjubaThis month, Linn Systems CEO Fedor Dzjuba has addressed a letter to the users of their Linnworks software about the recent changes to their website, their subscription model and their software.

With recent growth, the company now has over forty employees between its two offices. With the growth of the team has come growth of the software – this has meant that while existing customers have grown with it, Linnworks has also been chosen by a number of larger companies with higher profiles. These include Blue Inc, Pirelli (managed by Pentagon), Rush Hair, Sony Music (managed by Pentagon), DFS, Toyota (managed by Pentagon) and Vauxhall.

There are also a lot of eBay sellers looking at eBay’s latest seller release, considering listing on multiple eBay country sites and wondering how to synchronise their stock and manage orders. Linnworks might be the solution for you so here’s the highlights of their updates:

Increased Support

With this growth in size, Linn Systems are increasing their support hours. Currently they have specialists available for ticket, live chat and telephone support from 9am to 9pm BST. This means all day coverage for UK and European customers, and live coverage for a significant part of the day for customers in the growing American and Pacific markets. This change is part of the emphasis Linn Systems place on giving their customers the best level of support they can for their chosen subscription.

Implementation Partners

With their website relaunch, Linn Systems have moved to the fore with their Certified Partner Program. This gives Linnworks sellers the option to access to the services of names well-known in the industry, to help them get the most from Linnworks. With members including Pentagon, eBusinessGuru, Genie and the Geek, West Sussex Business Solutions, E-Motive and now Pitaron, you can get the help and advice you need to avoid common pitfalls, and set your business on the path to further success.

Streamlined Subscriptions

Until recently Linnworks offered 9 options for using their software, but in order to offer the best experience with maximum features and security, Linnworks now offer a streamlined set of 5 plans – Ranging in price from the free Express, to Enterprise at £380 + VAT per month – all on their Anywhere platform, for new subscribers. This means everyone will have access to the LinnLive listing tools, and can choose to add in features such as Autonomous Synchronisation and their first of a kind Royal Mail integration.

As the company has grown, and they have gained experience with bigger clients, they will soon be introducing a sixth new plan, specifically for larger business with more complex needs. Called Linnworks Corporate, it includes customisation and evaluation to ensure the package meets the unique requirements of larger Enterprises.
