eBay UK: List with mobile app for free this weekend
In an interesting new development on eBay UK, they’re offering free auction listings this weekend with heavy emphasis on listing wtih the eBay App using a smartphone or a tablet to list your item.
The offer is only available to private sellers, up to 100 auction listings who are using the eBay phone or tablet apps or the Sell your item and Quick Sell forms.
As usual, Ts and Cs apply.

The link in the email I had about this does not appear to restrict free listings to those using the mobile app

Also one of the “terms and conditions” regarding this offer looks new:
“If you’ve registered after 15th March 2011 or have not listed any items for a while you may have a selling allowance of 10 items per month, which you can increase. Additional verification may be required. Please click here to find out more”

Every listing I’ve seen that has been uploaded using a smart phone has looked RUBBISH.
