Honestly I don’t personally know anyone that uses Appeagle, so what I’d recommend is making use of their free trial for a month to see if it suits your requirements

It looks interesting but there doesn’t seem to be support for eBay.co.uk

Appeagle support for eBay.co.uk and Play.com is on the way and should be here by end of summer with eBay.de and eBay.fr by the end of the year

Summer? What’s that?

Summer ends when the rain stops and the snow starts. It’s the bit between the grey foggy mornings and the days you have to scrape the frost of the car

I did have a look at the appeagle interface and it looks like it will be a great tool at a good price, if it works properly.

Shop around. For the 2nd time in a couple of months Appeagle had a “bug” which repriced my listings to 1 cent. This resulted in hundreds of orders at 1 cent in the span of an hour. Their answer…..sorry. I had to write hundreds of emails and cancel hundreds of orders all affecting my metrics as well as possibly inspiring negative feedback. 2 times in a couple of months. I can’t even get them to call me.

Hi Jeff
Do you know if the repricing mishap affected many customers?
Jeff says

I know there were others affected as they have been sending out generic messages on the subject, but I do not know how many. Their message make it appear like it was all, but I do not know. The last message they sent said “Most buyers will not expect the order to be fulfilled and will never follow up with feedback.” ….comforting. We were on it as soon as the first order came through and we shut off immediately, unfortunately there is a delay and we already had hundreds in a pending status that all came across in the next few minutes.

Scarry. I can’t imagine amazon being that sympathetic.
