eBay UK tests new home page design

eBay UK has just announced a test on a new homepage design, visible for “a small percentage of members”. I’m not seeing anything different: are you? If so, please grab us a screenshot and mail to sue@tamebay.com. There’s a lovely link to your eBay shop/website in it for you ;-)

Here’s the link to the official announcement.

Well, here it is. What do you think?

new home page is totaly useless for me as they have removed the link to u.s.a europe and the rest of the ebay world, from the bottom of the page.

Why is that useless for you?

I list on .co.uk, the more that buyers stay there the better.

listing not the issue.its buying a lot of the items i buy are not listed in ebay uk,hence thats why the old page is better, links to all other ebay countrys were at the bottom of the page.

The ‘tabs’ at top left are good.

Sellers in categories without a gateway from the ‘tabs’ at top left will no doubt feel aggrieved.

i thought the category links are good positioned on the left, rather than the top. The rest of it is neither here nor there really

Couldn’t be less interested if I tried.

‘Summer finds’ ? how innovative… is that 2011?

Is September still summer, not autumn?
