eBay account managers support linked accounts

eBay Personal Account Managers (PAMs) are starting to support all seller accounts and not just the account that meets thresholds for that particular seller. Some sellers have already received emails from their account manager asking them which other accounts they sell on so that they can offer help and advice.

It’s worth noting that Customer Support probably already know which accounts you trade on, I know when I spoke to my PAM they were amazed at how many eBay accounts I’ve used over the years for different projects. However just in case one has slipped through the net if you’ve got an account with a PAM feel free to talk to them about other selling accounts that you use.

It’s always been bizarre that established sellers can’t get support on other eBay IDs, especially on new selling accounts that don’t yet qualify for account management. Support on other eBay IDs can only be a benefit to sellers enabling them to get personal assistance from their regular eBay contact on all their eBay accounts.

I doubt one account manager could cope with all our ids

I never understood why accounts could not be linked in this way for both pam help and ps status. Seems it was ok link accounts when naru-ing a seller (Am sure most of us know someone who made an error and had their entire ebay life dismantled overnight).
Ebay never tire of the “one way” system.

oops I thought this was a spoof and deleted it…have now replied, although it does seem daft that they cannot link the accounts themselves without us giving them the info

The PAM will only add additional ID’s that are Power seller status. See copy of email from my PAM, hope this is of use to clarify this point “The email you received is part of outreach campaign within the account management programme where we are attempting to collate all a sellers eBay accounts to be managed by one account manager, as your accounts grow and receive a power seller status please let me know and I will add them to my portfolio.” :?:
