eBay traffic stats problems fixed
29/09/2009 at 00:51
eBay has announced tonight that ongoing problems with eBay stores’ and shops’ traffic reporting have now been resolved. Since at least August, sellers have been seeing peculiar and impossible statistics in their Omniture reports: shop visits have been reported as less than total numbers of sales, and some items with sales have allegedly received no visits at all. The problems have now apparently been fixed so now you know that if you’re seeing no traffic in your eBay store, there really *is* no traffic in your eBay store.

I can’t get mine to display anything more than the yo-yoing page hits. All reference to Google’s results is unobtainable, funny that …..

I have never managed to get Omniture Traffic Reports to work. I always get the dreaded omniture-auth-error.html page. Looking on Google, it seems that this is a common problem. Some users (like me) have never managed to access Traffic Reports but eBay have no solution.
