I know for a fact that around 85% of the goods I sell on eBay can be found cheaper, however we are Platinum sellers and also qualify as a top rated seller. We provide an honest service, have a 100% compliant returns policy and always talk to our customers whenever we can. Trust is the most important factor to "most buyers"...IMO “most people” doesn’t always translate to “most buyers” though.
