Glitch: extra charges when revising listings

We’re hearing from a few sellers today that extra charges are being added onto their listings when revising – sometimes for the unsolicited addition of Gallery Plus @ £2.85, and sometimes for random and unfathomable amounts, some in excess of £5. If you’re revising listings today, keep an eye on that “revised fees” box. People who’ve spoken to Support have been told to end the listing and request a fee credit.

Been happening for a while now. I have found it on about 15% of the listings.

And what happens if you are using a third party solution to revise your listings on your behalf? How would you know until you get your invoice? What happens to their best match placement when they end their listing early to get a credit on their fees?

Yep, same problem. Trying to ammend qauntity on a GTC’s and eBay wants £4.956518 a pop for it.

2 problems with this. 1) I am to bloody busy to go trawling through a 48 page invoice looking to see if its been credited back. And 2) They probably won’t credit it back until the next billing cycle, which in itself is an absolute kin’ liberty
