we paid in the normal way , then ebay credited our account ,
one time they credited our account by nearly £500 too much,
they contacted us to say it was their mistake and our good luck ,and they were not going to ask for it back,
needless to say they gained a loyal customer and many times this amount and more back from us over the years in fees,
so it will take some convincing us, ebay are trying to steal from us

Sure they are trying to increase their profits – name a business that isn’t.

If ebay get the balance wrong their profits will go down not up.

been with ebay 10 years, various powerseller accounts of platinum and silver,

it never enters our head ebay steal from us, they have never once gave us a reason not to trust them

As far as ‘trust and safety’ goes there are few companies I would trust less, and I’m not a bitter ebay hater, I make a good living from the site but I’d make far more if they weren’t incompetent fools.

I’d hazard a guess that UK consumers loose more money on ebay than any other site (regardless as to whether that money is refunded later after a fight with those other incompetent twats paypal).
